Methodology
EMMSA develops its projects with traditional methodologies such as PMI, within the adaptive framework proposed by Scrum, or with custom methodologies of the client, making in all cases the adaptations required by each organization and combining it with the best practices of the industry. We have personnel certified as PMPs, Scrum Masters, personnel with technical certifications in the development platforms used, and working within a certified ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 90003:2018 Quality System, aligned with CMMI practices. We also operate within the framework of an Information Security Management System certified under ISO 27001:2013.
