The owner of the personal data has the right to exercise the right of access to such data free of charge at intervals of not less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is created for such purpose as provided for in Article 14 of Law No. 25,326.
The AGENCY OF ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION, in its capacity as Control Agency of Law No. 25,326, has the power to hear complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules in force regarding personal data protection.
EMMSA has registered with the Public Information Access Agency its databases of customers, personnel, potential entrants, customers, suppliers, business partners and also the video surveillance cameras, and the video surveillance areas are marked with the corresponding sign.
